‘What is The City But The Worker?’ is a digital zine in response to the opening spectacular What Is The City But The People? Made up of photographs of workers in Piccadilly Gardens during the opening event and shot on 35mm film, the photographs have been then scanned and blurred, so one could find familiarity within the images and show.
